By accessing or using naturallykaposh.com or booking our mobile hair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional guidelines, rules, or policies posted on the website. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or products.

Products and Services

Naturally Kaposh offers:

  • All-natural beauty products (e.g., whipped shea butter, body scrubs, body glow, lip gloss, waist beads)

  • Mobile hair services (e.g., braids, silk presses, sew-ins, braid outs, twist outs)

We make every effort to display accurate information about products, services, and pricing. However, product images, colors, and sizes may vary slightly from what is shown online.

Orders

  • All online orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled for products that are in the shipping process. Mobile services must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase via our approved payment methods.

  • We do not store your financial information.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

  • Naturally Kaposh is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Refund & Return Policy

  • Refunds are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect products purchased online within 7 calendar days.

  • Mobile hair services are non-refundable once performed.

  • Opened or used products are generally not eligible for refunds, except if defective.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on naturallykaposh.com, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Naturally Kaposh.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

User Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or block access to anyone who violates these terms.

  • Mobile services are performed with care, but Naturally Kaposh is not liable for pre-existing hair damage.
