At Naturally Kaposh, we take pride in creating high-quality, all-natural beauty products and providing professional mobile hair services. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may request a refund and the process for doing so.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received the wrong item.

You are dissatisfied with a product purchased online within the timeframe below.
Please note: Due to the nature of handmade and personal care products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless defective. Mobile services are non-refundable once performed, as services are provided in-person and per appointment.
Refund Request Timeframe
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order or service. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
Refund Process

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with instructions.

If approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:

The product is partially used

There is minor damage caused during use

A discounted or promotional item is returned
The amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Exchanges
Currently, Naturally Kaposh does not offer direct exchanges. Refunds may be issued for eligible products, and customers may place a new order if desired.
