Cancellation Policy

1. Package Overview The Monthly Natural Definition Style Package allows clients to receive one natural definition style per week at a discounted monthly rate. This package is designed for clients who are committed to maintaining healthy, defined natural hair with consistency. 2. Payment Terms The full $320 monthly fee is due upfront before the first appointment of the month. Payment secures all four weekly appointments for that month. Monthly packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is made. 3. Discount Policy This package includes a $60 discount off the regular price of Natural Definition Style services. Discounts apply only to this monthly package and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. 4. Appointment Scheduling Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. All four weekly appointments must be used within the same calendar month. Unused appointments do not roll over to the following month. 5. Cancellations & Missed Appointments A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be forfeited and counted as used. No make-up appointments will be provided for missed sessions. 6. Mobile Service Clause This package includes mobile service, where the stylist travels to the client’s location. Clients must provide a safe, clean, and accessible service environment. Additional travel fees may apply depending on location and will be communicated prior to booking. Naturally Kaposh reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable. 7. Client Responsibility Clients must arrive prepared for each appointment with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise agreed upon. Naturally Kaposh is not responsible for results impacted by improper at-home care or pre-existing hair damage. 8. Package Changes & Termination Naturally Kaposh reserves the right to modify package pricing, terms, or availability with notice. Abuse of the package or repeated missed appointments may result in termination without refund. 9. Agreement By purchasing the Monthly Natural Definition Style Package, the client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
